Filling - Both the suitcase and Kete of Knowledge

It's stunning to see the suitcase filling up and all of us questioning and thinking about which type of gift would be most appreciated by the children.  We are stabbing in the dark, but the overall consensus is that it would be better to get toys and games, over things to make or wear as it is more inclusive and fun. We may need to check and check the weight!                                                                                                                                   

My Dad emailed us a detailed history of what we would be seeing when we arrived at his village and links to a website to have a go at some of the lingo!  It's a lovely letter written to him to his grandchildren.   Here is link if you would like to read it.  Learnt a lot about our house and the fact that Shivali's lineage is England and not Indian.
