Goodbye Maharastra State and hello Rajasthan

After our exciting mad dash of meeting family friends, street shopping, we arrived back at the hotel at 11:30pm. It was an early rise at 2am to catch the flight this morning from Mumbai to Jaipur. The temperature has dropped quite suddenly to 8 Celsius, which saw us shivering as we hopped of the plane. We were greeted by a beautiful enterance of flower decorations. 

The hotel we are staying at once belonged to the royal family as a home. They now have converted it as a business and live else where.  It is stunning. 

Rajasthan is state of leaders and kings. Population of Rajasthan is 76 Million.  Population of Jaipur is ( Jay Singh) 3.1 Million. 

Present king is 19 years old. He is being educated in London. Rajputs are a warriors. There are more than 400 temples in Jaipur. 

Jaipur is also known for block printing, gems and jewellery.
