The Beating heart of Bombay (Mumbai)

Wow! I loved this place. Mumbai is a place that will be remembered for family, celebrations, memories of back to the old days and alive with colour, depth and personality. 

We have spent the last few days meeting Sangi’s family from the UK and Fiji, my parents good friends who also lived in Uganda (Alka and Gagan), Street shopping, having a family first celebrating new year’s and of course seeing the richness in jewellery and sari’s as Sangi, Haimesh and Viresh prepare for a destination wedding in Srilanka this year. 

Our first experience in a rickshaw, a very oppulant Hotel and of course the unbelievable food!
